House Rules

We want every stay at The Bonnie Iris to be relaxing for you and respectful to our neighbors. By booking, the registered guest agrees to these rules on behalf of everyone in the group.

Arrival & departure

• Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.

Occupancy

• Maximum of 10 guests. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.
• The person who booked must be at least 25 years old and stay at the property for the whole reservation.

No parties or events

• Parties, events and unregistered gatherings are not allowed.
• The registered guest is responsible for everyone at the property and for any damage they cause.
• If there is evidence of a party, we may end the stay immediately without a refund. If guests refuse to leave, law enforcement will be called.
• Tampering with, covering or disabling any noise monitor or exterior camera is treated the same as holding a party.

Quiet hours

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep voices and music low, especially outdoors and in the hot tub.

Smoking & pets

• No smoking or vaping of any kind, including e-cigarettes, anywhere on the property.
• Pets are not allowed.

Pool & hot tub

• The indoor pool and hot tub are used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool and hot tub.
• No glass containers in the pool room or hot tub area.

Security & monitoring

• Exterior cameras may cover the parking area and front entrance only. There are no cameras inside the home.
• A noise and occupancy monitor may be used to help prevent parties. It measures sound levels only and does not record conversations.

Before you leave

• Load and start the dishwasher, take trash to the outside bins, turn off lights and lock all doors.
